The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye's day-ahead spot market for Monday will be 3,399 Turkish liras between 12 a.m. - 4 a.m. and 7 p.m.- 9 p.m. local time (2100-0100 and 1600 - 1800 GMT), according to official figures released on Sunday.
The data showed that the lowest rate is set at 129.01 liras at 3 p.m. local time (1200 GMT).
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume for Monday's electricity market shows an increase of 55.3% to around 1.43 billion liras compared to Sunday.
The arithmetical and weighted average prices for electricity on the day-ahead spot market are calculated at 1,963.59 liras and 1,931.81 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one megawatt hour for Sunday was set at 3,399 Turkish liras between 8 p.m. and 9 p.m. local time (1700 and 1800 GMT), while the lowest was set at 0 liras between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. local time (0600 - 1200 GMT).
US$1 equals 39.28 liras at 2.13 p.m. local time (1113 GMT) on Sunday.
